A 20ft x 4ft solid maple boardroom table built to order for Canadore College. Hand-selected maple slab, custom steel base, satin hardwax oil finish. Delivered and installed.

This 21ft x 4.5ft custom live edge maple boardroom table was commissioned by Peak Products Canada — a large-format executive build designed to command the room and seat a full leadership team in comfort. The brief prioritized clean grain presentation, a warm natural finish, and a base that complemented the company's modern office interior.
Client: ETFO (Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario)
This 22ft x 14ft custom white ash conference table was commissioned by ETFO — the Elementary Teachers' Federation of Ontario. The scale of this build put it in a category of its own: a full governance assembly table designed to seat 20 or more delegates in a formal, institutional setting. At these dimensions, the table functions more like a room feature than a piece of furniture.
Epoxy River Boardroom Tables
Epoxy river boardroom tables are built from book-matched solid hardwood slabs with a continuous resin channel running the length of the table. Choose your epoxy colour to match your brand palette, embed your company logo, add metallic powders, or opt for a semi-transparent pour that lets the wood grain show through. Available in any table shape — rectangular, oval, round, live edge, and custom.

Materials We Work With
Black Walnut
Rich chocolate grain with natural figure and warmth. The most requested species for executive boardroom tables — delivers presence and authority in any room.
Maple
Tight, consistent grain with a clean blonde tone. Hard maple is exceptionally durable and suits formal institutional settings. Used in our Canadore College and Peak Products Canada builds.
White Ash
Open cathedral grain with warm blonde tones and a more pronounced figure than maple. Excellent structural integrity at large panel widths — used in our 22ft ETFO governance table.
Oak
Bold ring-porous texture with strong visual character. White oak in particular offers a contemporary look with excellent hardness and long-term stability.
Spalted Maple
Spalting creates dramatic black line patterns through the maple grain — no two slabs are alike. Best suited for statement pieces where visual impact is the priority.
Exotic Species
Maple burls, crotch figures, highly grained curly species, and other specialty slabs available on request. Ideal for one-of-a-kind executive tables where standard species aren't enough.
