Power Ports

Keep every seat connected without surface clutter. Power ports are integrated flush with the table surface — available in round, square, pop-up, and side-mounted configurations. Each unit typically includes standard AC outlets, USB-A, and USB-C charging ports; custom specifications are available for AV integration or specialized power requirements. Placement is confirmed before production so routing is clean and invisible from the surface. Available on any table length and compatible with all base styles.

Epoxy Features

The epoxy river is the most visually distinctive feature available on any boardroom table — a continuous resin channel running the full length of the table between book-matched hardwood slabs. Choose your pour style: solid opaque for a bold colour statement, semi-transparent to let the wood grain show through the resin, wave-form for organic movement, or filled crack and void fills for a more subtle effect. Epoxy colours range from classic black and white to oceanic blues, greens, metallics, pearl finishes, and fully custom colour-matched options. Metallic powder additives, glow-in-the-dark pigments, and embedded objects are also available. Every epoxy build is poured in staged layers for a glass-flat, bubble-free finish flush with the wood surface.

Custom Legs & Bases

The base is the structural and visual foundation of every build — and it's fully customizable. Steel leg options include rectangular flat bar, hairpin, trapezoid, trestle, and fully custom fabricated profiles. Powder-coat finish colours range from matte black (our most requested) to raw steel, satin white, bronze, and custom RAL colour matching. Wood leg and base options are available for builds where a warmer, more traditional aesthetic is preferred. Leg height is customized to your specified table height — standard executive table height is 29–30 inches, but standing-height, bar-height, and accessible-height variations are all available. Base attachment is fully integrated — no visible hardware on the underside of the table top.

Integrated Logos & CNC Work

Your boardroom table can carry your brand as literally as you want. Company logos and wordmarks can be embedded directly in the epoxy river pour — cast as a raised or flush insert, visible through the resin layer, or back-lit with LED integration. Alternatively, logos can be CNC-routed into the wood surface and filled with a contrasting epoxy colour, painted, or left as a natural relief. Both approaches produce a permanent, professional result that no decal or surface treatment can match. File formats accepted for logo work include SVG, AI, and high-resolution PNG. Any logo, icon, crest, or custom artwork can be accommodated — contact us to discuss your specific design before ordering.

Edge Details & Inlays

The edge profile is one of the most visible design decisions on any boardroom table — it defines the visual weight of the piece from every seated position in the room. Live edge preserves the natural slab edge — every piece is unique, and the organic profile brings warmth and character to even the most formal boardroom environment. Straight edge options include square (sharp 90°), eased (lightly softened), waterfall, and bevelled profiles — each with a distinctly different visual weight and feel. Edge inlays add a secondary material or colour to the edge itself: a contrasting wood strip, a metal channel, or a coloured epoxy line running the full perimeter. Bullnose and sculpted edge profiles are also available for oval and round table shapes.

Custom Shapes

Not every boardroom is a rectangle — and not every boardroom table should be either. Custom table shapes are available on any build: oval ends on a rectangular body (the most popular shape modification, which softens the room and eliminates corner injuries), fully round and oval formats for circular meeting cultures, racetrack profiles for longer executive tables, boat-shape (wider in the centre, tapered at the ends) for improved sightlines in large boardrooms, and fully custom shapes designed around your specific room geometry. U-shape and hollow-square governance configurations — like the 22ft × 14ft table built for ETFO — are also available for assembly and delegate-seating applications. Submit a floor plan or rough sketch with your quote request and we'll design around your space.
