Choosing the right table
Every table starts as a conversation — about your room dimensions, your seating requirements, your aesthetic, and the statement you want your table to make. From there, we build it from scratch.
Our portfolio includes tables ranging from 10 feet to 22 feet in length, in wood species including solid maple, black walnut, and white ash, with options for epoxy river inlays, power port integration, custom leg fabrication, and metallic trim details. Every table is delivered and installed ready to use.
Wood Species
Every table we build starts with a hand-selected solid wood slab chosen for its grain, figure, and character.
Our 20ft maple table for Canadore College and 21ft maple table for Peak Products Canada are examples of what maple does at scale. Black walnut brings warmth, depth, and drama to any boardroom. Its rich, dark tones and natural grain movement create an executive aesthetic that no other species can replicate. Available in live edge, straight edge, and matching pair configurations.
White ash is a versatile, architectural choice with tight grain and a neutral tone. Our 22ft x 14ft ash table for ETFO — with custom metallic trim detail — demonstrates what ash can achieve at an institutional scale. Other species available on request. Epoxy River Boardroom Tables
For organizations that want their boardroom table to be truly unforgettable, The Boardroom builds custom epoxy river conference tables — where a channel of coloured epoxy resin flows between two solid wood slabs, mimicking the movement of water through the grain.
Our black walnut epoxy river builds for Aurora Glass, Polaris, and 4Point Management are among our most requested reference pieces. Epoxy colour, river width, pour style, and finish are all fully customizable — from deep matte black and bold turquoise to custom colours matched to your brand palette.
Power ports can be integrated into any epoxy river table build for seamless cable management at your seats.
Custom Sizing
We build boardroom tables in any length and any width your room requires. Standard depth is 4 feet, comfortably seating two people per end. Wider configurations for collaborative and U-shaped layouts are available. Tell us your room dimensions and seating requirements and we'll recommend the right footprint for your space
